The Role:

We are currently seeking a Sr.Recruiter- Pharma to support our client, a multinational company.  

As a member of the Futurestep RPO team, the Sr.Recruiter- Pharma will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either on-site or off-site.

The role focuses on responding to diverse clients demands and high touch candidate relationship management. The Sr.Recruiter- Pharma is a highly qualified professional with knowledge on applicant tracking system, sourcing candidates, headhunting Recruitment methodologies and processes effectiveness.

Level of Required Experience:  

  • Large experience (+ 4) in full-cycle recruitment, handling positions with different levels of seniority. Experience in strategic recruiting and leadership positions.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry will be consider a plus.
  • Excellent ability to conduct interactions with clients in a professional and responsive manner at all times.
  • Able to lead briefings with HR business partners to align requirements with the clients.
  • Experience conducting face to face interviews with candidates including competences interviews for the majority of roles.
  • Ability to manage candidates easily throughout the recruiting process: ensuring that candidate expectations are being managed and feedback is given in time, optimizing the candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, updating records and information. Ensuring the system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics.
  • Delivery of reports for clients and Korn Ferry/Futurestep.
  • Experience handling high-demand in recruitment, for either consulting firms or in a pharma related company.
  • Ability to work with multiple and changing priorities, work under pressure and with specific deadlines.
  • Work location: Zona Norte- Buenos Aires

 

Education & Language:  

 

  • Bachelor´s degree in areas of education include, but are not limited to, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, among others.
  • Advanced English is required.
